By way of general introduction Constructive Maintenance Ltd is a bright and energetic Building and Maintenance Company whose main aim is to supply an honest cost effective service with the accent strongly on client liaison and quality of service.
 The Management Team have worked in senior positions for market leading Building & Maintenance Companies and had been similarly frustrated over those years with their former employers persistent pressures to provide profits rather than a quality service. So,9 years ago, Constructive Maintenance Ltd was started and has steadily grown into a competent thriving Company fulfilling all it’s aims and ambitions.
We are available at short notice, and offer a full maintenance service, all of our vehicles are fully equipped and will cover the whole of the South West.
We are fully insured from Public Liability to materials on site, and we have a complete Health & Safety Policy and Working Codes of Practice.

All of the below vet us at least once a year checking work quality as well as making sure all our health and safety procedures are in place and enforced.
We have been seen on T.V at the launch of Trust mark being vetted by the Construction Minister (Alun Micheal MP) and passing with flying colours.
